Delivery & Returns

• Once you place your order it is considered a FINAL SALE. On successful completion of your order it is processed based on your custom request and therefore is NOT REFUNDABLE. All orders made are considered custom orders & therefore; ALL SALES ARE FINAL Including WIGS. Due to the nature of the product being Hair, for hygiene reasons we also DO NOT accept returns. Please be aware of this before you purchase from Acelondonhair.com & complete your order as we will not be able to refund or exchange your Hair/Wig in any event.

• In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at info@acelondonhair.com and a member of our Team will be happy to assist you.

• Any discrepancies will be dealt with on a case by case basis under Management's discretion.

• If for any reason Management decide to honour you a refund for your order, the processing fees will remain non-refundable for the transaction. This money does not go to Acelondonhair; it is kept by the Payment Processing Company. (Stated in their policies)

• ALL ORDERS REQUIRE 24 HOURS PROCESSING. Please note all wigs are custom hand-made and will take approximately 14 days to be made. Please take this into account before delivery/shipping. All orders including readymade wigs, frontals, closures and bundles can take 10-14 days approximately to process excluding shipping time so please order in advance. (Weekends & Bank Holidays are not Included). Orders may be faster this is a guideline only. Once your wig has been made it will be shipped out straight away. International Shipping will vary from 14-25 days. For faster delivery choose Express Shipping which takes approximately 2-3 days (after the 14 days for your wig to be made). There may also be custom fee charges to pay when your parcel arrives, Acelondonhair will not accept this charge.
