What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is unprocessed hair due to not having undergone chemical treatment or manipulation. It has been cut from a donor; the cuticles are damage free. If you take good care your hair should last you more than 1 year.
What is a Frontal Lace Wig?
A Frontal Wig is Part Lace & Part Bundles. This means you have a Lace Frontal with Bundles added to make the Wig. Most consist of a 13x4 Frontal + 3 Bundles however you can have 13x4 Frontal + 2 bundles with short lengths.
What is a Closure Lace Wig?
A Closure Wig is Part Lace & Part Bundles. This means you have a Lace Closure with Bundles added to make the Wig. Most Wigs consist of 1 Closure + 3 Bundles minimum.
What is a Lace Front Wig?
A ready made Wig where the front is lace and the rest of the hair is stitched onto the cap. This is not custom made to your head measurements.
How long will it take to make my Custom Wig?
Once you have successfully placed your order, it will take up to 10 days to make your Custom Made Wig less the 24 hours to process your order. To prevent delays order in advance for holidays & any other upcoming events you may have.
How long will my Wig last?
Wigs are Investments! If you invest in a good Wig it will last you for at least 2 years depending on how you maintain it. We also offer Wig Maintenance so you can get your Frontal or Closure replaced using the same bundles, creating a new wig.
What Cap Size do I choose for my Wig?
To choose the correct cap size measure all around the head & position the tape measure so it’s edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck. The Standard Cap sizes are Small (21’-21.5) Medium (22”-22.5) & Large (23”23.5”) Please measure the circumference of your head accurately to determine which cap size you should choose.
What is my Front to Nape Head Measurement?
This measures the length of your head from the front to the nape of your neck. To do this measure from the start of the hairline in a straight line down the centre of the head, ending at the nape. This measurement ensures that the Wig is custom made & fits the head snug.
Can I return my Wig if it doesn’t fit?
Unfortunately No; All Wigs are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of the product as well as being custom made. Please ensure the Circumference & Front to Nape measurements are accurate. In the event that we have been given the wrong measurements by you this cannot be reversed or refunded.
Can anyone wear Wigs?
Yes. Wigs can be worn by anyone from all cultural backgrounds it’s for us all! Whether you are born with kinky curly hair or straight european/asian wavy texture hair, wigs can transform your everyday look without damaging your natural hair.
Please bear in mind depending on your natural hairline meaning if you have a low hairline (how close your hairline is to your eyebrows) you may prefer for a Closure Wig instead of a Frontal Wig. How do I maintain my Wig?
All Wigs are glued & a band is also added for extra support. . For Closure Wigs you can have them glue-less. Frontal Wigs can also be without glue but it is recommended to apply for the first time. Can the hair be Coloured & Bleached?
Yes. The hair can be coloured and bleached. We recommend you do a patch test beforehand to ensure you are not allergic to the hair dye.
You must take care with the volume of peroxide used as bleaching strips the hair of natural oils. The hair will need deep conditioning to help restore it back to it's natural state. Excessive bleaching can damage virgin hair causing shedding, tangling and dryness so please do this with care.
Do you offer a Colouring Service?
Yes we do. For colouring service please ensure you are not allergic to bleach and Hair Dyes; we will not be liable for any unforeseen circumstance. You can now add this to your wig purchase or on the booking schedule.
